At LA REYNA, Omar serves as Managing Director and is focused on helping clients define an authentic voice for brands that are powerfully anchored in Latinx insights that shape the culture at large. Previously, he launched an initiative at Anomaly to develop industry-leading integrated multicultural capabilities that speak with relevance to the diversity of the country. Before that, he led the Strategy department at CP+B Miami, after an earlier stint at CP+B Boulder, and helped make The Vidal Partnership the largest independent multicultural agency of its time. Omar has worked for an extensive client roster which includes NBCU/Telemundo World Cup, LEGO, and more. His experience includes leading global work for American Airlines and Infiniti in Latin America and the Caribbean. He also led efforts on the award winning “You Know You Love It” U.S. Hispanic campaign for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, that earned Cannes Lions, Effie Gold and Silver Jay Chiat awards. Omar was born and raised in Puerto Rico, is a psychologist by training, and has been curious from birth. He is a son, a father, a husband, and a damn good dancer.
